What if I’m running late for my appointment?
Please reach out to your stylist as soon as possible if you are running late for an appointment. Most stylists are able to accommodate a 15-minute grace period depending on the service. Your stylist may ask you to reschedule your appointment depending on the circumstances.
What is the cancellation policy?
We ask that you please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation policy may vary among stylists. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text your stylist. Not showing up for your appointment or cancelling without 24-hour notice may result in being charged up to the full service price.
Do I need to schedule a consultation?
You can book most services without scheduling a consultation first. However, some services require a consultation such as hair extensions and bridal styling. For chemical services, if you are unsure of the color you want to try, are in need of a color correction, or are not sure what is possible with the current integrity of your hair, we also recommend booking a consultation before scheduling the service.
Do you require a deposit?
A deposit is left to the discretion of the stylist. You may be asked to make a deposit or put a card on file to secure your appointment.
Arriving for your appointment
When you arrive for your appointment, please use the buzzer at the front gate. Street parking is available right in front of the salon.
Can I bring my children?
Children are welcome. However, since we are a business that uses chemicals and sharp tools, we ask that you bring someone to supervise your child while you receive services.
What brands are used in the salon?
We currently use Amika for shampooing and styling. We use Schwarzkopf, Redken, and Pulp Riot for chemical services. Brands and products used may vary by stylists. If you have allergies or any questions about products used, please reach out to your stylist.
